Another great month for real estate! The single family homes sold arethe highest it has been all year at 109 homes!  Just a month ago, there were only 79 homes sold.  Days on the market is way down for single family homes from last month (108 DOM for May and 49 DOM for June) this is also the lowest it has been all year.  There weren't as many townhomes sold this month as last month, however.  But the ones that were sold, went for a much less average sale price ($302,800) than last month ($316,45... read more

The average number of days on the market for a home has increased this month to 92; the past 5 months it has been 43-51 days on average.  An explanation as to the reason for the sudden increase in days on the market and decrease in sold homes, could be due to the average sale price of a single family home is now at the highest level that it has been in the past year.  The average single family home in Bozeman is now $563,172!  During the month of July, townhomes and condos took a jump ... read more
